Christopher ELMER will not be held responsable for direct or indirect dammage suffered by the users materials through accessing Vendée Web Services, and being caused by use of material that does not conform to that described in article 4, or through the appearance of a bug or incompatibility.

Christopher ELMER will also not be held responsable for indirect dammage (such as loss of sale or loss of client) following use of Vendée Web Services.

Interactive areas (such as contact forms and comments) are available to users. Christopher ELMER reserves the right to delete, without notice, any content entered in these areas that is against French law, in particular regarding personal data. If the case arises, Christopher ELMER also reserves the right to question the civil and/or legal responsability of the user, notably in the case of racist, hateful, insulting or pornographic content, whatever the medium used (text, photo...).

7. Management of personal data.

In France, personal data is protected by law n° 78-87 dated January 6th 1978, law n° 2004-801 dated August 6th 2004, article L.226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of October 24th 1995.

By using Vendée Web Services, the following data may be collected: the URL of the link by which the user came to Vendée Web Services, the users ISP (Internet Service Provider), the user's IP (Internet Protocol) address.

Christopher ELMER only collects personal data relating to the user for the purpose of certain services proposed by Vendée Web Services. The user provides this information knowingly, in particular by inputting it personally. Users of Vendée Web Services are made aware of the necessity, or otherwise, of providing this information.

In accordance with articles 38ff of law n°78-17 dated January 6th 1978 relating to computers, files and freedom, any user has a right to access, rectify or oppose any personal data we may hold about them, by submitting their signed request in writing, enclosing a copy of their identity card showing their signature, and specifying the address to which any answer should be sent.

No personal data regarding user of Vendée Web Services is published, swapped, transferred, given or sold by any means to a third party without the user's knowledge. The only reason this information would change hands is in the eventuality of Christopher ELMER and any rights being bought. The buyer would be held by the same obligations regarding personal data of the users of Vendée Web Services.

This site is not subject to registering with CNIL because it does not use personal data as explained on this page

All databases are protected in accordance with the law dated July 1st 1998 relating to legal protection of databases.
